What you can expect from us, in writing

These terms apply to the full audit and the re-check. Each is an automated check of your public website, delivered as a PDF report by e-mail.

Who provides the service

XRayWebsite is a website audit service of Smartunex OÜ. Contact and support: support@xraywebsite.com, or by letter to the address above. For payments, receipts and refunds you can also contact Paddle at paddle.net.

What you buy

• Full audit, €90: our software checks one website, up to 150 main pages, against an 850+ point checklist. On large sites it checks a sample of each page type. You get a PDF with every problem found, proof for each one, a fix plan in order of importance, and what we couldn't check. One price for any site.
• Re-check, €35: after a full audit, we check the same site again for each problem in your report and mark it fixed, partly fixed or still there. It doesn't look for new problems.
• We send the PDF within 1 working day of payment, to the e-mail address you pay with. You may use the report as you like, including sharing it with whoever looks after your site.
• We may decline an order, for example if the site isn't publicly reachable. You then get a full refund.

Prices and payment

• You enter your website address on our site, then pay on Paddle's checkout, which asks for your e-mail and card.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns; every refund below is paid through Paddle.
• Prices are without VAT. Paddle adds your country's VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies, and sends you the receipt.

Refunds and complaints

• Full refund within 14 days of payment, for any reason. You don't have to explain why.
• If we can't deliver the report, for example because the site isn't publicly reachable, we refund you in full without being asked.
• If something in a report is wrong or missing, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We correct it at no cost, or refund you if we can't.
• How to ask: reply to the e-mail with your report, write to support@xraywebsite.com, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the way you paid.
• This doesn't limit any right you have under consumer law.

What a website check is, and isn’t

A website check is an automated assessment of your public website at the moment we check it. It is not legal advice, and it does not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales or compliance. Where a problem touches on law, we describe what we saw and name the rule it may relate to; your lawyer decides what it means for you.

We sell automated reports only. We don’t sell consulting, implementation or other services through this website or through Paddle.

We work only from the outside: we look at what any visitor can see. We don’t log in, submit forms or payments, change anything or try to get past any protection.

Your customers' personal data

We don’t log in to your site and don’t access your customers’ personal data. Our checks never need it.

Confidentiality

Reports go only to the e-mail address you give us. We don't publish or share your report, your findings or the fact that you are a client without your consent. Only if you agree in writing, we may show your report as an anonymous example: without your website address, business name, identifying screenshots or personal details. You can withdraw this at any time. Sample reports on this website don't name or identify any real business.

Liability

Our total liability for any check is limited to the fee paid for it. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. We will try to settle any disagreement directly first; otherwise disputes go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
